Answer: Tommy Atkins

'Tommy' became celebrated in Rudyard Kipling's "Barrack Room Ballads", published in 1892. The name was used prior to and during the First World War and thanks to Kipling, it became a term used with affection and respect for their bravery and heroism.

The Tawny eagle is a large raptor that can be found in the north and south of the Sahara desert. Females are usually larger than males, measuring 25.59 to 28.35 inches in length. Its wingspan measures about 5.64 to 6.07 feet. These birds mate for life and remain monogamous.
