Explorer I went into orbit in 1958.

Wisconsin became the 30th state on May 29, 1848. I had to include this one because Wisconsin is one of my favorite states to visit!

Crater Lake in Oregon is 1,932 feet deep, and is located in the southwest part of the state.

Cleveland had 5,540,050 votes to Harrison's 5,449,337. Harrison got 233 electoral votes compared to Cleveland's 168.

Thurgood Marshall became the first African-American to serve in 1967.

The four are: John Tyler 1841-1845, Millard Fillmore 1850-1853, Andrew Johnson 1865-1869, and Chester A. Arthur 1881-1885.

Answer: Cherokee

The state government forced the Cherokee to leave Georgia in 1838. They perished because of disease and the cold weather.
