Well it still feels special to me, because I don't know many of those 21 million people! Thanks to LeoDaVinci for corrections on this one. The number of people you share your birthday with assumes equal probability of being born on any day. Given that the world has around 7.6 billion people, you just divide that number by 365.25, leaving you with approximately 21 million.
