Answer: Nathan's Famous

Nathan's was founded in 1916 in Coney Island by Nathan Handwerker. David Berg was founded in 1860, Red Hot in 1986 and Vienna Beef in 1893.
2. What meat is in a typical Alaskan hot dog?

Answer: Caribou

These hot dogs are made with Alaskan caribou. The dogs are split and served on a steamed bun. The grilled onions are usually deglazed with Coca-Cola and mustard is also added as a topping.
