Answer: Leinster

Connaught is where you find Connemara, Galway etc. - Munster has the Ring of Kerry, Tralee, etc. - And Ulster ..well Ulster has its Troubles.
2. How many counties of Ulster are actually not part of 'Northern Ireland ' in the UK sense of the word?

Answer: 3

Counties Derry, Antrim, Fermanagh, Tyrone, Down and Armagh are inside British area.Counties Cavan, Donegal and Monaghan belong to the Republic.

Answer: they are on the E4O motorway

Krakow and Brussels were cultural capitals indeed. None of them offer free public transport (the Belgian capital of the province of Limburg, Hasselt, does!)
