Answer: Leicestershire

There was much local unrest when the airport was renamed Nottingham East Midlands, as the authorities considered Nottingham as better known worldwide than Derby, Leicester or East Midlands. The current name is the mouthful "East Midlands Airport Nottingham - Leicester - Derby".
