For over fifteen years, Imperial Bowl has had a large bowling pin sign which can hardly be missed from the highway. This has been covered in several regional bowling tournaments.
5. When leaving Forest Park at Skinker Road, one may notice this in the middle of Clayton Road

Answer: an enormous Amoco sign and station

Instead of a median or grassy knoll dividing the busy street, here sits an Amoco station with a sign nearly as large as the building. Many have wondered why the sign is this size since it cannot be seen by traffic on nearby Highway 40.
6. What St. Louis area park has a giant egg sculpture?

Answer: Laumeier

Laumeier Sculpture Park is filled with unusual works of art.
7. A memorial to what world leader can be found at the Plaza in Kansas City?

Despite having little if anything to do with Kansas City, a seated statue of Churchill is present en route to the shopping area. Churchill made his famous "iron curtain" speech in Fulton, Missouri, which is on the other side of the state.

Sikeston is about 15 miles south of Cape Girardeau and Ozark is only a few miles outside of Springfield.
9. A stretch of Highway I-55 was declared "Rosa Parks Superhighway" in response to what group adopting that section of highway?

Answer: The Ku Klux Klan

In response to allowing the KKK to take part in the "Adopt-a-Highway" program, officials renamed the section after the civil rights icon. The KKK did not renew their agreement for the stretch of land, but Rosa Park's name still remains.
10. Until recently, the Elvis is Alive Museum could be found in what city?

Answer: Wright City

With evidence from such reputable sources as The Weekly World News proving Elvis is alive, this small shop/museum has been covered in many specials about oddities in the eastern part of the state. Recently the owner sold the contents of the museum after his children refused to keep it open.
