The College of Staten Island was formed in 1976 from the merger of Staten Island Community College (founded in 1956) and Richmond College (founded in 1965). It is a branch of the City University of New York. The school awards both undergraduate and graduate degrees. The school moved to its current location (the former Willowbrook State School) in 1993. The school has the dolphin as its mascot and school colors of dolphin blue and grey. Well-known alumni of the school include Joanne Bland and Gene Simmons.

Answer: Manhattan

The route the ferry follows is about 5.2 miles long through New York Harbor, between Staten Island and lower Manhattan. The ferry runs 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. During peak times, a ferry runs about every 15 minutes, with ferries every 30 minutes at off-peak times. The ferry trip from St. George Terminal on Staten Island takes about 25 minutes. Begun as a private venture in 1817, the Staten Island Ferry has been run by New York City since 1905. The Fresh Kills Landfill operated from 1948 until 2001 with a status of world's largest landfill from 1956 until its closing. The Fresh Kills site had been chosen by the city for a landfill since at the time it was seen as an undesirable swamp. In the mid 1980s, the landfill was processing 29,000 tons of trash per day. Over its lifetime, 150 million tons of trash were placed in four large mounds. Closed in early 2001, the landfill was temporarily reopened for sorting debris and rubble from Ground Zero of the 9/11 attacks.
