Answer: Dandalup

Dandalup is an hour's drive south of Perth and is a great place for a picnic, or for a bush walk. Dwellingup is another Western Australian town whose name means "near water".
10. Our final town is Boyup Brook. Boyup means place of big smoke or big stones.

Answer: True

Boyup is the name of the big pool on the brook a few kilometres from the townsite. The grass trees which surround it create lots of smoke if they are burning, and this is probably the origin of the name. There are many granite outcrops in the area, and this would explain the "big stones".
I hope you have enjoyed this quiz, and if you are lucky enough to visit WA, will try to see some of the towns I have used in the quiz.
