Answer: Ellis Spear

Ellis was Union. He played a major part in the war, and was also a main character in the film 'Gettysburg'. Oates, Longstreet, and Armistead were all, obviously, Confederate.
2. Which of the following does not belong?

Answer: Robert E. Lee

Lee was the only one listed who had anything to do with the Civil War. The others had to do with the American Revolution.
3. Which of the following battles does not belong?

Answer: White Oak Road

The Battle of White Oak Road was not part of the Peninsula Campaign. It took place in 1865. The Peninsula Campaign was a Confederate victory.
4. Which of the following men does not fit?

Answer: John C. Pemberton

Pemberton was the only one that actually fought in the war. The other three are
British Generals from the American Revolution.
5. Which of the following weapons were not used?

Answer: 9 Millimeter

9 millimeters were not a choice of weapon. The Parrot gun, howitzer, and rifle musket were all used excessively. Bows and arrows were older weapons.
6. Which of the following men does not belong?

Answer: Barnard Bee, Jr.

Bee was the only man listed not wounded and/or killed during the Battle of Gettysburg. He was killed in 1861 at Bull Run. Armistead was mortally wounded, Chamberlain was hit in the shoulder, and Hancock was also shot and wounded. Bee gave Stonewall Jackson his nickname at Bull Run.

Sewell's Point had under 10,000 casualties, whereas the others didn't. In fact, Sewell's Point took hardly any lives at all. The result was inconclusive.

Answer: Battle of High Bidge

High Bridge did not take place in West Virginia, like the others. It took place, like so many others, in Virginia. It was an inconclusive battle.
