Monopoly is the classic board game where you buy up properties, and as people pay each other the higher and higher rents, eventually people get bankrupted, one by one. Whoever is the last one standing wins the game - and gets the monopoly!

Answer: Trivial Pursuit

Trivial Pursuit is the quiz-style game where there are six categories of question. Each category corresponds to a different color wedge, and once you've landed on all six types of questions and answered each correctly, you head to the central hub for a final test to win.

Clue has several suspects all in a house together, and they're all quite colorful and larger than life. One killed their host, named either Mr. Boddy or Dr. Black depending on which version of the game you have. You figure out who did it, in which room, and with what weapon. Colonel Mustard in the study with the wrench indeed!

Scrabble is the anagram game where you take letter tiles and use them to spell out words on a board in a crossword fashion. You get points based on the letters you use and their positioning on the board.

Answer: Scattergories

In Scattergories, you roll a die and whichever letter comes up, you and everyone else tries to write down a word with that letter to start that fits in various categories. With the crunched timing, it's hard to think up unique responses and get those juicy points!

Answer: Hula
