"The Scythian Stone" was included in "The Blackgloom's Bounty" as the opening ten chapters. One false answer, "The Regents of Rhum" happens to be the name of the second book of the series.

2. How was the man in the tavern that Daynin killed related to the Duke?

Answer: They were cousins

The man Daynin killed in the tavern was the Marquis, the duke's cousin. This makes Daynin's journey to Rhum much harder now that they have troops following closely behind.

3. What was the "key" to getting into Blackgloom to face the seed?

Answer: The Scythian Stone

The Seed has to summon you, for you to enter Blackgloom. So to get in, Boozer creates a fake Scythian Stone. In the end his greed is his own undoing.
