I'd never heard of Travis Fimmel when I first read his name in the various Dark Hunter stories, and was surprised to realise he is actually a real person and a famous American male model.
I would love to know if he has ever read any of the "Dark Hunter" books where he gets a mention, and if he has, what he thinks about being a 'dream boat' to a Goth teenage Demon :-D

For thousands of years Xedrix was forced to stay in Kalosis with Apollymi, and mourned for the baby sister that he thought was dead.
When he escaped and made his home in New Orleans, he learned that both Simi and their sister Xirena are alive and well.

Jaden can do more or less anything, and is sometimes amenable to a bargain or deal to make things happen for other supernatural beings. He does have a conscience, and feelings, and has shown that he thinks of others sometimes too - he is a pretty unusual predator. We first get to know him in "Dream Chaser" (2007) and he has popped up several more times since then.

Xypher was betrayed by Satara and ended up in Tartarus being tortured by Hades. Because he helped Katra and Sin stop the Dimme escaping and 'saved the world' he was given the chance to redeem himself and was freed.

The Sumerian Gods created the Gallu to be servants, and weapons against their enemies. The Dimme were created and imprisoned so that if ever the Sumerian Pantheon was vanquished, they would be freed and end the world, giving the Sumerians their revenge.

Simi was named Xiamara by her mother, which was her name too. When Simi was given to Ash to raise, he was just told "this is Simi" and used it as her name. It is only 11,000 years later, when Simi finally meets her siblings that her real name comes to light.

Nick seems to be completely human until he commits suicide and is brought back by Artemis to be a Dark Hunter. Shortly after this, his powers are released and it becomes apparent that he is in fact the Malachai, and the last of his kind.

Kerryna manages to make her way to New Orleans and meets up with the renegade Charontes. She falls in love with Xedrix, and he with her, and with assistance from Kyle and Aimee Peltier, they open a night club and set up home. During the events of "Dream Chaser" we find out that Kerryna is carrying Xedrix's baby.

Simone is the Coroner for New Orleans, and as such has run across some "weird stuff" over the years. She knows about the Dark Hunters, Daimons, and Squires, but is still unprepared when her whole life crashes round her ears with the arrival of Xypher and Kaiaphas - especially the part where she turns out to be half Demon herself...

Bryani is the mother of Vane, Fang, and Fury, and she hates them passionately. She makes a deal with Alastor that he will kidnap each of their mates and bring them to her. After Vane rescues Bride and Bride actually gets the better of Bryani in a fight, Ash steps in and puts an end to her scheming for good.
