There's a long story about how Sheridan is back, suffice it to say that there was a clone of both his mind and his body made without his knowledge. This clone is what has come to life.

Answer: Worker

Ardenn's parents were Worker Caste. When they died during the Civil War, the Sisters of Valeria took her away so her family would not be able to find her.

Ardenn was injured quite badly but had David Sheridan nearby to give her something to get healed for.
