The easy kind amounts to screaming English at the top of your lungs, much the same way you'd shout at a deaf person. For example, "BRING ME A STEAK."

David and his boyfriend Hugh had gone to a carnival and saw a girl strapped to a seat of rollercoaster that had stopped mid-way on a loop. She was dangling upside-down. David thought this would've been the mother of all dinner-time stories if he saw the event through. After a while, help came and on-lookers began to get bored so they left the scene, as well as David and Hugh.

Lou: "Well, yes. Sure I did. But the thing is I must haved chewed on that thing for a good five mintues, until i realized I was eating the brim of my cap. A piece must have broken off during the flight."
Maja: "So you literally ate your hat."
Lou: "Well, not the whole thing. I stopped after the first few bites."
