Every single main character in Anthony Horowitz books is this age.

2. What is Mr. Blunt's full name?

Answer: Alan Blunt

Mr. Blunt is POSSIBLY one of the bad guys in this book. Not evil, just heartless in the way he is using a 14 year old to spy on people.

3. What school does Alex go to?

Answer: Brookland

Alex goes to a private school (a school which supports itself and is not paid by the government). He seems to not care about it much as he skips school for at least a week and doesn't care. (Sadly kids these days can't go around spying. No missing school)

4. What nationality is Herod Sayle in the original UK edition of the book?

Answer: Lebanese

He went to the same school as the Prime Minister in the book. He went to such an expensive school because he saved a family, who talked to their friends, who paid for Herod. In the US edition of the book, his nationality was changed to Egyptian. Also in the movie he is American (his mom wins a lottery).

5. What was one of Herod's nicknames?

Answer: Goat-Boy

This was the reason Herod wanted revenge on the Prime Minister. Along with the fact he wanted to teach British schoolchildren to not be racists. (Don't know how killing them helped. And what about the Asian deaths?)

Answer: Yassen Gregorovich

This man also killed Ian Rider (Alex's uncle). He recurs repeatedly in all the series.

7. Who died because of a giant jellyfish?

Answer: Nadia Vole

She was stupid! She was taking a photo of Alex dying. Sick, but she died so it doesn't exactly matter. (In the movie you see her under a huge mass of living jelly. Don't know why she dared to do that.)

8. How many gadgets did Alex have?

Answer: 3

There was a smoke screen and an X-ray cartridge among others. (These all came with a specific gadget. I would say the name but it might give the game away.)

9. What were Alex's gadgets disguised as?

Answer: Acne cream, gameboy and yo-yo

These were all used to help Alex. It was Mr. Smithers who provided Alex with the gadgets. In the movie the extra gadget was a pen which immobilized the person you use it on.

10. How does Sayle die?

Answer: The organization kills him

Sayle was thought to be dead some time ago but he actually wasn't! How inconsiderate of Sayle!
