The other three feature in the novels. Anne Collerton is a plantation owner, Fanny Cunningham is the wife of Jefferson's best friend and Nellie Semproch is the owner of a coffeehouse in Washington DC.
2. Tom Colleton is gassed by the USA and is forced to return to Marshlands?

Answer: False

It's his brother, Jacob. Jacob is also named as the catalyst for the uprising on the plantation although the seeds of dissent have been sown long before that.
3. What is Reggie Bartlett's profession before the war breaks out?

Answer: Pharmacist

He's based in the Confederate capital in Richmond and sneaks away during the lunch hour to hear Woodrow Wilson speak.

This was given to her by Bill Reach, a journalist she despised because he always took undue liberties and now that she's respectful, he has the potential to unravel everything.

Although the CSA are able to swiftly capture Washington DC, their drive through Maryland is halted and both sides are forced to dig in.

Pompey is a closet Red who falls under suspicion of first Jake Featherstone and then Major Potter. However, General Stuart protects his son from from the clutches of intelligence which proves to be a fatal mistake.

Roger Kimball and the Bonefish have a colourful career together, serving along the Mississippi, the North Atlantic and the the South Atlantic.

Formed during the black bolshevik uprising in South Carolina, the Congaree Socialist republic was responsible for tying down many CSA troops in an attempt to quell the uprising. This balanced out with the Utah rebellion in the USA.

Answer: Greek Orthodox

His name was a big clue here. He was a masterchef in the regiment that Gordon McSweeny served with who was the Presbyterian. Jake Featherstone was a Baptist whilst several characters, not least the Gautilers in Quebec, were Catholics.
10. Which British aeroplane was making peacemeal of the US air force over Canada?

Answer: Sopwith Pup

Not many of these planes made it across the Atlantic Ocean but when they did, they were able to butcher their enemies. Many of the US planes were Martins.
11. Herman Bruck was what by profession?

Answer: Tailor

Herman Bruck stood against Flora Hamburger to be the Socialist Party candidate for the 1916 election and lost. He was also sweet on her although those affections weren't returned.

Answer: Dakota

The ship took a hit and the rudder got stuck. Miraculously the ship survived and made for an interesting read in the newspapers.

Prohibition has been enacted in Alabama although Jefferson Pinkhard and Emily manage to find beer and keep it hidden in the refridgerator.

Answer: Scipio

During the death throes of the Congaree Socialist Republic, Scipio was able to escape but was recognised by the Major. Scipio was forced to kill him before the Major could shoot Scipio.
15. Remembrance Day falls on what day in April?

Answer: 22nd

It marks the end of the Second Mexican War in 1882. The 1915 Remembrance Day parade in New York ended up in a riot with many killed in running battles between the Socialists and the Democrats.

Answer: 25th March

They wanted to get married on the first day of spring although several bombs ruined that day. Nellie, Edna's mother, couldn't have been happier.

Anne Collerton wanted to ambush some of the survivors of the Congaree Socialist Republic by falsely informing them there was treasure buried there. Cherry believed it and was killed whilst trying to excavate it.

Answer: Letting down his car tyres

Bit of an easy question this. Mary does not forgive the USA for having her brother shot, when he was probably innocent. This is but the first act in a long campaign of revenge.

Answer: Secord

Named after her famous relative who was the Canadian Paul Revere, Laura Secord had a husband who was killed during the Great War and utterly loathes Americans for doing so.

Answer: False

Anne only gets Cherry earlier in the final book. Tom Collerton gets Cassius after he think he has escaped from the Collerton's ambush.
