When Michael accidentally skips a whole year of his life, Sundance is no longer alive. Instead they have a new little dog named Peanut. When Michael accidentally skips ten years of his life, they have another new dog who also likes to "wrestle" with the duck, but makes the duck do all the work.

Donna also tells him that he is the only person in history that gained weight during chemotherapy. This is probably the scene that made me laugh the most in the whole movie.

In the future that Michael sees, Samantha is a surly, gorgeous teenager who has quite an attitude. When she tries to leave the house, an overweight Michael askes her where she is going. When she says she is going to her boyfriend's, the hottest guy in school, Michael says that he will be really hot when he burns his house down.

He also tells her that she is wearing clothes that are too revealing and to put on a sweater. Hence, when he sees his young girl, he wants her to to put on a sweater and never take it off.
