Answer: Gremlins

When Randall Peltzer (Hoyt Axton) buys a mogwai for his son Billy (Zach Galligan), he is told of three rules that must be followed in order to care for the cute little creature. Of course, all three rules are broken and mayhem erupts in their hometown of Kingston Falls.

In Cantonese Chinese mogwai means evil spirit.
2. In which 1978 movie do Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta's characters go together like rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong?

Olivia Newton-John has been an advocate for breast cancer research and awareness since her own diagnosis in 1992.

Answer: Groundhog Day

TV weatherman Phil Connors (Bill Murray) heads to Punxsutawney for Groundhog Day, as he does every year. Phil detests covering this yearly festival, so it is unfortunate for him that this is the day that he has to live over and over, until he gets it right anyway.

Harold Ramis, the director of "Groundhog Day", played doctor Egon Spengler in "Ghostbusters".
4. Which 1987 movie makes the most of Robin Williams' gift of the gab by casting him as a radio DJ?

The majority of the broadcast scenes in "Good Morning Vietnam" were ad libbed by Robin Williams.

Demi Moore's first name is short for Demetria.

Answer: Ghostbusters

Peter Venkman (Murray), Ray Stantz (Aykroyd), and Egon Spengler (Ramis) become professional ghost catchers after they are kicked out of their university jobs. At first business is slow, but it soon becomes apparent that some major paranormal activity is heading towards New York, and the ghostbusters are the only ones who can save the city.

The theme song of the movie, also titled "Ghostbusters", is sung by Ray Parker, Jr.
8. In which 1999 movie do the washed up stars of a TV sci-fi series get to reprise their roles, and save the world for real?

Answer: Galaxy Quest

An alien race, the Thermians, mistakenly believe that the TV sci-fi series "Galaxy Quest" is real, and have based their society around its teachings. When the Thermians' society is threatened, they seek out the cast members to help them, unaware that the series is make believe. The reluctant cast members, along with some die-hard fans, eventually manage to save the day.
