Answer: Manderley

"Rebecca" was a novel written by Daphne du Maurier that was first published in 1938. It featured the famous opening line, "Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again", quoted about the house, which featured so prominently during the story. The main characters in the book were the jealous housekeeper Mrs Danvers, the house owner Maxim de Winter, his deceased first wife Rebecca, and his new second wife Mrs de Winter, who also narrated the story.

The 1940 film version featured Laurence Olivier and Joan Fontaine.
2. Which of these taglines is associated with the 1996 film "Emma" that starred Gwyneth Paltrow in the lead role?

Answer: Cupid is armed and dangerous!

The tagline "Cupid is armed and dangerous!" was meant to infer that the title character Emma played Cupid, the Roman god of love, by using devious tactics to match-make between the men and women in her life.

Gwyneth Paltrow played Emma Woodhouse, the main protagonist of the film. Lively, compassionate, but ever so slightly spoiled, her aim in life was to match-make for her friends and family. That was until her neighbour, Mr Knightley, towed her into line with his gentle criticism and feelings of love. The tagline "Five good reasons to stay single" was from "Four Weddings and a Funeral" (1994), "Love is in the hair" was from "There's Something About Mary" (1998), and "This ain't no chick flick!" from the comedy, "Chicken Run" (2000).

It was through talking to the patron that she admitted her love for a young man she had bumped into, although too shy to approach him when she organised a meeting with him at the bar. The patron once again intervened until Amelie found the courage to follow her heart.
