To Neal's dismay, his plane seat is between an old man and Del after he's told that his first class seat is actually in coach. Making conversation, Del asks Neal what kind of work he's in and Neal replies, "Marketing."

Neal's flight is finally ready to leave after being delayed. As he is trying to find his seat in first class, he is unsuccessful and then goes to ask the flight attendant about his seating assignment. She then tells him that he has a coach seat assignment and that he will not be permitted to sit in first class as it is full. Neal gets pretty upset when she tells him that she's had just about enough of him.

Answer: when Neal chases down the taxi that Del had stolen

After Neal loses the race to the vacant taxi cab, he sees a man easily hail a taxi. He runs over to the man and asks him if he can tempt his good nature and buy it from him. The man not so generously agrees and makes Neal pay a pretty hefty price for the cab.

As he is paying the man, Del and the taxi driver are loading up the taxi with Del's luggage. By the time Neal turns to get into the cab, it speeds away. Neal then chases the cab until he finally catches up to it and throws the door open to find Del with a frightened look on his face.

He yells at him to get out of his cab, but instead the cab speeds off once again, leaving poor Neal in the middle of the street!

After Del and Neal stop fighting, Neal lays back in the bed. The next scene shows a guy with a denim jacket and jeans put a long silver pocket knife into the keyhole of their room door.

After Neal calls home to his wife, Del calls him over and they have a conversation about the flight situation. This includes the quote by Del, "You'd have more of a chance finding a three legged ballerina than you would a hotel room."

As they are riding in Doobie's Taxiola to the Braidwood Inn, Doobie turns around and winks at Neal. Neal makes a disgusted face and then asks where the motel is. Del asks, "Doobie, is it much farther?" Doobie says, "Not much." "Why didn't you take the interstate?", Del asks. Doobie replies, "You said your friend has never been around here, so I figured he'd like to look around. You don't see nothin' on the interstate."

After Neal finally gets fed up with Del's bedtime ritual, he jumps up out of the bed in rage. He and Del exchange words to which Neal replies, "You spill beer all over the bed. You smoke. You mess up the bathroom..."

He then tells his wife to get her "lazy behind out here and put that trunk up in the back". Del and Neal insist that they can do it. "She don't mind.

She's short and skinny, but she's strong. Her first baby come out sideways. She didn't scream or nothin'," says Owen. Del says, "Isn't that something. You're a real trooper. We've got it! We've got it already! It's done!"

When Neal gets on the elevator, he remembers that he left his gloves in the Brian's office. He asks his coworker, John, to pick them up for him and then says he will drive by and pick them up tomorrow.
