The Sandlot kids go to the pool and stare at the lifeguard, Wendy Peffercorn, as she puts on lotion. Squints says that he can't take it anymore and jumps off the diving board, even though he can't swim. Wendy jumps in after him and gives him mouth-to-mouth.

While doing this Squints comes to and kisses Wendy. She screams and calls him a little pervert then kicks them out of the pool. Later on we learn that the two get married and have nine kids.

One night Benny has a dream where he talks to Babe Ruth. Just before the dream ends Babe Ruth tells Benny that "heroes get remembered, but legends never die". So the next morning everyone gets together to watch Benny jump over the fence. Just before he does Babe Ruth's voice echoes in the background and we hear him say the line again.

The Sandlot kids are playing baseball against kids from a little league team. Ham is the catcher and he distracts the batter by saying something just before the ball comes. So he says "If I had a dog as ugly as you. I'd shave his butt and tell him to walk backwards." He also says "Hey is that your sister out there in left field naked?" As well as a few other things.

Squints says this about Smalls when he trips and falls over trying to catch the ball. Benny then walks over to Smalls and talks to him. Benny bats again and this time Smalls catches it and Squints says, "Yeah, he's alright."

Kenny says this to Ham. Ham gets a strike so he says something about Kenny's pitching. Kenny then replies, "This is my heater. I dare you to hit it." Ham does hit it and gets a home run that goes over Mr. Mertle's fence.

Benny says this to Smalls after a ball signed by Babe Ruth goes over the fence into Mr. Mertle's backyard. When Smalls hears this he says that he thinks he's gonna be sick because it was his step-dad's ball.

The Sandlot kids bring the dog back to Mr. Mertle and he invites Benny and Smalls inside. They tell Mr. Mertle that the ball that went into his backyard was signed by Babe Ruth. He then says to Smalls, "I take it back. You're not in trouble, you're dead where you stand."

Benny tells Smalls to wear a t-shirt and jeans the next day. Benny also points to Smalls' hat and tells him to throw it in the fireplace. Benny then gives Smalls his old hat.

The little league kids come to the Sandlot and start insulting them. Ham and Philips start calling each other names and finally Ham says "You play ball like a girl!" Philips then challenges them to a game at their field at noon the next day. Of course the kids from the Sandlot win.
