Although the war had ended, it had not stopped Tanz from killing.
He had been guest of honour at a reunion of old soldiers in Hamburg, where his identity as the killer was revealed to the Interpol agent tracking the case.

Fishburne's character, Jimmy Jump, licked the spit from his fingers and laughed with another gangster.
He then threw some money at another police detective, played by Wesley Snipes.

Hoffman learned this from William Devane's charcter, after he had "freed" Hoffman from Szell's clutches.

While discussing the upcoming piece of work with Gal at his villa in Spain, Don Logan insisted that Gal would go to London and check into the Grosvenor Hotel under the false name of Roundtree and then wait to be contacted.
Gal continuously refused the offer from Don, despite being attacked verbally and physically. But because he and his wife and friends killed Don, Gal inevitably had to go on the job.

Stage actor Edward Lionheart disposed of his critics in some disturbing and highly amusing ways, all based on Shakespeare's plays. Merridew was known as a gourmand and had been invited to star in a programme called
"This is Your Dish", where a chef prepared a special meal for him, (Price in disguise).
This was based on "Titus Androncicus" where Titus had his enemy, Tamora's sons fed to her in a pie.
