Los Angeles native Juliette Lewis was nominated for both an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Danielle Bowden in the 1991 remake of "Cape Fear".
Robert Mitchum led the cast in the original 1962 version of the film. The movie depicted the ordeal of a lawyer's family that was stalked by a convict the attorney was responsible for prosecuting.
Lewis was also nominated for the Pasinetti Award for Best Actress in "Natural Born Killers" (1994) and the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress for her work in "From Dusk to Dawn" (1996).
The original "Father of the Bride" was released in 1950. Klaus Maria Brandauer and Ethan Hawke starred in the 1991 film, "White Fang". Gabrielle Anwar, Michael Schoeffling and Cliff Robertson were in "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken" (1991).

John Randolph was named Emanuel Hirsch Cohen at birth. He made his 1938 Broadway debut in "Coriolanus" and served in the Air Force in WWII. He returned to a career as an actor but became blacklisted in the mid-fifties for refusing to answer questions before the House Committee on Un-American Activities. In 1966 director John Frankenheimer cast him in the lead role for the movie, "Seconds". He was later cast as Nicholson's dad in "Prizzi's Honor".
He returned to Broadway in the seventies and eighties and was cast in several plays. He received a 1987 Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actor for his performance in "Broadway Bound". He also made several television guest appearances before passing in 2004.
Nicholson starred in the 1990 film, "The Two Jakes". "Terms of Endearment" was a 1983 release and "Reds" was released in 1981.

His final role was as a sheriff in "Knocking on Death's Door". The movie was released two years after he passed away.
In 1986 Hickey played Ubertino da Casale in "The Name of the Rose". The same year he was Old Man Beckersted in "One Crazy Summer". In the 1987 film, "A Hobo's Christmas", Hickey played a character named Cincinnati Harold.
