Answer: Discussing baby names

The movie begins in Tom and Sofia's bedroom, where Sofia is flicking through a book entitled "50,001 Best Baby Names". We see the couple discussing potential names for their imminent arrival, as Sofia is pregnant with the couple's first child.

Answer: Chef

Tom walks into the restaurant kitchen and provides a few motivational words to his fellow cooks when one of them informs him that someone left a bunch of salmon out overnight and Leon is docking everybody's pay. In walks Leon, who is clearly not a very compassionate person, and an argument ensues, resulting in Tom squirting sauce all over Leon, and sealing his fate.

Answer: New York to Ohio

Having been fired from his job, and having just become a father, Tom suggests to Sofia that perhaps it's time they move out of New York City. He says that he could finally take Sofia's dad up on his job offer, and that he thinks Ohio would be the best place to raise a baby. So the couple up sticks and we see them driving out of New York and arriving at their new house in Ohio, where they are welcomed by Sofia's very enthusiastic parents.

Answer: Sunburst

Tom arrives at Sunburst on his first day wearing a suit and tie, and is greeted by his father-in-law, Bob, who says, "I should've told you, suit and tie is not required." When questioned by Tom about the dress code, Bob advises, "It's business appropriate.

It's about being yourself, but in an appropriate way. It's kind of special." On being introduced to some of the other members of the team, Tom realises that his new place of work really does seem to be "special"!

Answer: He is in a wheelchair.

Whilst in a meeting, the team start playing the "yes ball" game, in which they throw an imaginary ball to each other to show that they're all in sync. The "ball" comes to Tom, and he throws it a little higher than normal, requesting that his intended recipient "go long".

When the guy doesn't move, Tom says, "Come on, buddy. You got to jump for those," causing the guy, who is subsequently introduced to Tom as Chip Sanders, the guy Tom's going to be working under, to reveal that he has been unable to walk since he was five.

However we find out later in the movie that Chip isn't really disabled - it has been a ruse all along.

Answer: Chip's

We see Tom take a yogurt out of the work refrigerator before Carol comes in and says, "This is gonna be awesome. Somebody's eating Chip's yogurt." Chip then wheels in and realises his yogurt is missing from the refrigerator. He sees that Tom has it and Tom says, "Bob had said something about, like, free snacks in the kitchen." Chip advises Tom that it's the muffins that are for everyone, but the yogurt is his.

Answer: Cheerleading

Sofia brings her new baby into the ad agency. As soon as Chip sees her, he breaks into a cheer, causing Sofia to join in with him to complete the cheer. Despite Sofia's obvious embarrassment, Chip encourages her to do a few more cheers, culminating in an "explode", where Chip (still seated in his wheelchair) performs a lift on Sofia.

Answer: A burger

Sofia has taken pity on Wesley, whose mom lives in New Jersey and whose dad works late, and lets him have dinner with her and Tom. Wesley says, "Hey, guys, you wanna see something really cool?" and proceeds to put his burger into his mouth and swallow it whole. Sofia exclaims, "Wesley, you're gonna hurt yourself," but realising an opportunity for the Pickle Whip campaign that he is working on, Tom gets the video camera and asks Wesley to "do that again".

Answer: Basketball

Tom turns up at the gym two minutes late, much to the annoyance of Chip, and when Tom starts trying to tell Chip about his idea for the Pickle Whip campaign, Chip says, "Today's not for work ideas, today is for bonding. We're going to exercise together like men," and informs Tom that they are going to play basketball.

As they enter the sports hall, Tom sees that all of the players are in wheelchairs, and Chip beckons Tom into a spare wheelchair. Reluctantly, and under a lot of duress from Chip, Tom sits down and proceeds to play.

Answer: Barcelona

Tom approaches Chip to say that he hopes there's no hard feelings after Don Wollebin chose Tom's idea for the Pickle Whip campaign over Chip's. Chip tells Tom that he doesn't care about Power Pickle (the character he created for the Pickle Whip campaign), and that when he is in Barcelona, he is "gonna look back on this whole campaign as some sad, pathetic, little joke". We then see Tom talking to Carol, who informs Tom that Chip has applied for a job at the cutting-edge ad agency Idea in Barcelona.
