There is a clip after the credits where Xavier has put his mind into the body of a comatose man under the care of Moira MacTaggert. You see this man in a video the Professor shows one of his classes.
Moira McTaggert says the line when the unconscious man wakes up and says, 'Moira?' she assumes that since the man previously had no consciousness, it must be the Professor.

Answer: Cyclops

There is a cameo of a dark-haired boy in sunglasses playing football, but he isn't credited as Cyclops.
Cyclops is in the first three 'X-Men' films; he was one of the Professor's first pupils and later taught others. He is able to shoot lasers out of his eyes. He also briefly appears in 'Origins: Wolverine' when the Professor uses him to lead the mutants Stryker had kidnapped to safety.

Answer: Jason

Stryker uses his son, Jason, in mind-control experiments. Jason is able to make people think they are seeing something different to reality.

Moira MacTaggert is a human CIA agent who appears in 'First Class' and briefly in other films.
Raven Darkholme is Mystique, Sean Cassidy is Banshee and Ororo Munroe is Storm.

Beast stabs Magneto with cure darts, Mystique puts herself in front a cure dart to save Magneto in the mobile prison and Rogue is voluntarily cured. Jean is killed by Wolverine to save her from Phoenix (the unconscious part of her mutation) because he is the only one who can reach her without being killed by her.

Answer: Deadpool comes back to life.

You see Deadpool's claw retracting, then his hand reaches through the rubble to find his head. The head then pulls its lips apart to say, "Shhh." Deadpool is Weapon 11; a combination of the most powerful mutations Stryker could find.

Answer: Magneto

Magneto discovers his power in a concentration camp in Poland, because he is angry and upset about being split up from his parents. Magneto was a friend of Charles Xavier until they developed different views on humanity and went their separate ways. Magneto can manipulate metal.

Answer: He moves a metal chess piece without touching it.

He is in a park playing chess by himself. He puts his fingers out to move a metal piece and it tilts forwards before he touches it. This shows that the cure is wearing out.

Answer: Magneto puts a coin through his head.

Shaw first appears in 'First Class' as 'Schmidt'. He kills Magneto's mum because Magneto can't move a coin. At the end of the film, Magneto moves a coin through Shaw's head to kill him.

Answer: Emma Frost

Emma Frost is part of one of Stryker's experiments in 'Origins: Wolverine', but in 'First Class', she is a completely different character (a member of the Hellfire Club and Shaw's closest accomplice).
