Malcolm Robert Andrew McLaren (1946 to 2010) had a finger in many pies, all in an attempt to become rich and famous. When he took over the management of The Sex Pistols he was responsible for recruiting Johnny Rotten, real name John Joseph Lydon.

Barbara had one date with Reggie Kray and married Ronnie Knight who was a known associate of the Krays. Leslie Grantham was not an associate of the Krays, although he was imprisoned for murder. Ian Lavender was Private Pike, a rather stupid boy on "Dad's Army", but not an associate of the Krays.
