Answer: Aliens

In the film "Aliens" (1986), the actors who played the part of the space marines were sent off to take part in intense marine style training. The other actors, including Sigourney Weaver were not asked to attend the training camp. The reason behind this, apparently, was to create real tension between the actors who were playing the marines and the other actors in the film. The idea being, that this would come across when watched by an audience.

The plot to "Aliens" involved a team of space marines, led by Sigourney Weaver's character, being sent back to the planet that she had just escaped from. Their mission was to find any survivors belonging to a colony which had being established on the planet. Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) advises that there is a very dangerous alien life form or life forms present on the planet, which wiped out her entire crew before she escaped. The "Company" that sent the rescue mission had an ulterior motive for sending Ripley and the marines back to the planet.
