Answer: Manhattan Melodies

2. How much did Martin Price try to extract from each Muppet to do the play?

Answer: more than $300.00

He claimed it was standard Broadway procedure to collect an up front fee from each actor, then proceed, but we learn a little something about him.
3. Which two Muppets did Martin Price try to take as hostages?

Answer: Gonzo and Camilla

Martin Price, played by Dabney Coleman, was really con-artist Murray Plotsky, who was caught while attempting to extort the Muppets of their money. He grabbed Camilla by the neck, and when Gonzo pleaded with Martin (or Murray) to take him instead, he grabbed him by the nose and took him as well! Animal attacked him and Camilla started biting his ear until he finally gave up and was taken into custody by police.
4. When the Muppets broke away to go find jobs, which one, besides Kermit, never leaves town?

Answer: Miss Piggy

Miss Piggy made like she left town, but stayed behind and got a job at a department store as a makeup clerk AND to spy on Kermit, because she was jealous that Kermit was spending too much time with Jenny, the waitress at the coffee shop they called headquarters and who would become the play's fashion designer.
5. Scooter wound up working as a movie theater usher in what Ohio city?

Answer: Cleveland

6. How many times did Lew Zealand see "Attack of the Killer Fish" previously?

Answer: 97

Hence why he didn't need his 3D glasses Scooter offered him. He throws his infamous boomerang fish toward the screen to REALLY bring out the effect of the movie.
7. What was the name of the female bear that cuddled up to Fozzie?

Answer: Beth

Fozzie chose to hibernate in Maine somewhere after his job didn't work out as well as he hoped for. However, he couldn't get to sleep, and neither could Beth, a female bear laying next to him who chose to cuddle up to him, much to his agony apparently.
8. From the observation deck of what New York skyscraper did Kermit make his "the frog is staying" announcement?

Answer: Empire State Building

The building they showed ad nauseum was the Empire State Building. The lights of the Chrysler Building can barely be seen while Kermit was on the Empire State Building's observation deck. The World Trade Center towers were NEVER shown in the movie, even though they did exist at the time.
9. In Gonzo's aquacade act, Camilla and the other chickens did the "William Tell Overture" in the singing style of what singer?

Answer: Tony Bennett

It was part of Gonzo's act while working for an traveling aquacade somewhere in Michigan. Just before his part of the act was to happen, the streamers on his helmet blew up and onto his face, then the boat took off and took him with it without his skis.
10. At Sardi's, which actress's picture did Kermit put his picture in place of?

Answer: Liza Minelli

He chose her picture to replace with his, while the rats went off to start the whisper gossip. All was going well, until at the same time, Liza herself appeared and wondered why her picture was replaced with "a frog", and the rats' taste buds overtook them and they surfaced for food and caused a riot. Joan Rivers appeared as Eileen, Miss Piggy's coworker at the makeup counter, who made her over a little too much and got the both of them fired. Brooke Shields made a cameo appearance as a customer in the coffee shop whom one of the rats wanted. Raquel Welch didn't make an appearance in this movie.
11. What name did Kermit go by after getting amnesia?

Answer: Phil

He went by Phil, after getting the idea from a sign next to him which said "fill 'er up", then was introduced to Bill, Gil and Jill at the Mad Ave Advertising agency, who took him in, and after he gave a good idea for a new slogan for Ocean Breeze soap, gave him a job.
12. Who was the first of the Muppet gang to see Kermit after he got amnesia and went missing?

Answer: Gonzo

Kermit (aka Phil), Bill, Gil, and Jill came into the coffee shop while nobody was looking up, and after Kermit (or Phil) played a small melody on the glasses of water that sounded like one of their songs, a number of them looked over into their booth, but only saw two of the other three frogs and sat back down.

Then Gonzo looked around the seat back and actually saw Kermit, then Miss Piggy took a look and practically football tackled him hugging him. Then, realizing something was wrong with Kermit, they all took him to the theater to try to snap him out of it.
13. Kermit finally snapped out of his amnesia by slipping and falling down stairs while trying to run out of the theater.

Answer: False

While Miss Piggy tried to talk to him one final time to snap him out of his amnesia, he laughed and offended her about loving her and marrying a pig, etc. Then she yelled "CANCEL THE SHOW!" and whacked him, sending him across the room into a chair where he FINALLY snapped out of it.
14. What did Kermit do about the rest of the unknown Muppets in the movie?

Answer: Put them in the show

Fozzie asked if they could watch from backstage, and Kermit said, "No! No, you cannot watch the show from backstage. THAT'S IT! That's what's missing from the script! That's what we need; MORE frogs, and dogs, bears, and chickens, and...whatever! So you're not gonna watch the show, YOU'RE GONNA BE IN THE SHOW! C'MON GUYS!"
15. Who did Kermit think was supposed to play the minister?

Answer: Gonzo

Kermit: "Piggy, I thought Gonzo was supposed to play the minister." Piggy: "Ha-haaaaaa!" (i.e. "Wrong answer!")
