This scene is a particularly funny one where Dr. Meinheimer has been kidnapped and is tied to a chair. Frank is trying to rescue him, but instead gets captured himself. Frank's hands are tied behind him, and he's trying to cut them loose by rubbing the rope against a metal shelf that he's leaned against. Meanwhile, he's knocking lots of pain-causing items onto Dr. Meinheimer's head, who is gagged and can't tell Frank what's happening.

This quote is from "Naked Gun 2 1/2". Frank has broken into a secret meeting of Quentin's and is wearing a wire to record their conversation. He has told Ed Hocken and Nordberg that the phrase if he needs help is "I love it!" He's also had to swim through raw sewage to get to the meeting area inconspicuosly. Quentin asks what the smell is, and Frank says this line.

This is also as he's being frisked by someone to see if he's wearing a wire.

In "Naked Gun 33 1/3", Rocko plans to blow up the Academy Awards to show everyone how tough he can be. He plants the bomb in the Best Picture envelope and plans on it blowing up when it's opened during the show.

This occurs when Frank has come in to see what help he can be to the squad, even though he's retired. The guy who creates gadgets and things to help the police force, is showing him something, when Frank eats fertilizer by mistake. He then reaches for something to wash it down and is swishing the contents around in his mouth before he realizes what it is.

Frank goes to the sperm bank because Captain Ed asks him to get Tanya Peters' address for the squad. The police squad knows that Tanya is the link to Rocko Dillon. So Frank goes to the bank and pretends to be a donor so he can have access to the files.

Frank is posing as Phil Donahue at the Academy Awards, because he knows that's where Rocko is planning on detonationg the bomb. He believes the bomb is in the Best Picture envelope, so he's trying to stall the opening of it by babbling about random topics.

He ends up contradicting himself by first saying that dolphins should be killed to feed the stray cats in the world, then turning around and saying that those cats should be skinned to keep people warm.

Priscilla plays Jane Spencer in all three "Naked Gun" movies. She plays the love interest of Frank Drebin. In the first movie, Frank and Priscilla meet and like each other while she's working as a secretary. In the second, Frank and Quentin are fighting for her.

She is in a building when a bomb goes off so she and Frank meet again. In the third movie, they are married and having some marital problems. Frank promised to leave the police squad but instead handles one more assignment. Priscilla was also Elvis Presley's wife.
