Martin and Roger are involved in a car chase and they just happen to be in Trish's (Rogers wife) brand new station wagon. Roger pleads with Martin not to get any scratches on it. No chance! By the end of the movie the car is a wreck.

The South African Krugerrand was first mass-produced in 1970. During the car chase Martin and Roger overhear the assailant's on the police radio. They had unusual accents. No one knew what it was. Kruggerands falling out of the car should have been a clue but no one got the connection.

Ouch! He dislocated his shoulder once and ever since then he has this ability to dislocate his shoulder at will. It looks painful when he does it but not as painful as when he has to put his shoulder back in place by hitting it against a solid object.

This commercial leads to some of the funniest moments in the movie. Roger tells Martin about the Rianne appearing on the television then Martin tells all the other people in their department to watch it. The commercial is for condoms which angers Roger as he knows that he is going to be teased about it at work.

Roger still sees Rianne as his little girl and is so angry when he sees the commercial. Brilliant scene.

Roger's reaction is comically superb. After getting rid of everyone he worries about what his work colleagues are going to say. As if to strengthen his doubts there is a workman in the house who says "I loved it. It makes me wanna go out and buy some right now."

In this scene Martin tells Trish about the night Victoria died. He was to have met her at a restaurant at 8 o'clock. He was so busy at work that he had forgotten. When he got home at about midnight he was told of her death. That was when he collapsed to the floor shaking.

He was just lying there and he looked under the couch and he saw the gold pen that he had lost two months previously. He took the gold pen to the morgue with him and after he had identified Victoria the pen was used to sign for her body.

To get people to remember his name he used a phrase "Whatever you need Leo Getz."
Another great scene is when Martin and Roger arrive at the hotel, an attempt is made on Leo's life by a man posing as a porter. The assassin pulls out a gun from underneath a trolley. Leo sees this and tries to wrestle it from him. When Martin notices what is happening he runs over to help Leo and all three men fall out of the window into the hotel pool.
Chaos ensues as the man escapes and Martin is left in the pool punching Leo in the face.

The people working at the house were mainly couriers for the drugs operation. The chase leads to a crash in which this surfboard flies through the air straight into his windscreen.

Joss Ackland has had a long and varied career which include films such as "K-19:The Widowmaker" and "Mighty Ducks". He plays the role of Arjen with relish and also a little tongue in cheek. He is the leader of the drugs operation. It is clear from their first meeting that Martin hates Arjen.

Patsy Kensit was originally in a band called "Eighth Wonder" whose most popular hit was "I'm Not Scared" in 1988. She's had limited success in movies such as "Angels And Insects" and "Bitter Harvest".

It just seemed that everywhere Arjen went Martin was there.

It was "Saltwater Sports Magazine". Roger had gotten the house to himself for the first time in twenty years as his family had gone to Trish's sisters' after they had been threatened by the drug dealers. When he had sat down on the toilet he looked over and saw "Boom You're Dead" written on the toilet paper. Martin mentions that it was a shame that they did not plant the device in Trish's oven to save a lot of needless suffering. Great scene which contained the line "Guys like you don't die on the toilet."

It was only a ruse to meet her again as they were attracted to one another. Martin invites her to his place and one thing leads to another and, oh well you know!

One is killed at his home while he is exercising, one is killed while she is swimming and four more are killed during a card game at Kavanagh's house.

Roger is having a garage and hobby room built onto his house, so as he is attacked he uses the nail gun that is lying around. After he kills the men he says "Nailed 'em both." Corny but great!

It was his dog Sam, that alerted him of the approaching helicopters. Martin manages to kill the occupants of one helicopter after it had landed and they shot his home to bits. The other helicopter he manages to shoot down.

Pieter Vorstedt, played by Martin O'Connor, tells Martin about the death of his wife four years earlier. Martin was the intended target and would have been killed had he turned up for his dinner date with Victoria. Martin escapes by dislocating his shoulder, once he had been thrown in the water, to get free from the chains.

Roger finds out that Arjen and his gang are going to ship out a consignment of money on the Alba Varden. When he first heard the name Alba Varden he did not know what it was and it wasn't until he looked at a bill of sale for his fishing boat that he remembers about a video. On the video was the ship.

After Martin has killed Pieter he is shot several times by Arjen. Roger runs onto the scene and tells him to drop his weapon. Arjen with an air of arrogance pulls put his ID card and cries "Diplomatic Immunity." Roger shoots him and says "Its just been revoked!"

After killing Arjen, Roger goes to the aid of a badly injured Martin. Martin asks him if all the bad guys are dead and he replies, "They've been de'kaffa'nated." Probably the best line in the entire movie.

Answer: the three stooges

There were a few references to The Three Stooges in the first film, especially the directors cut. In one scene Martin pays a prostitute to spend the night with him to just watch Three Stooges episodes. In this movie there a quite a few bits involving their routines. Most of them are with Leo.
