In a great opening scene Martin and Roger are trying to think of a way to stop the man with a flame thrower. They tried to shoot him but he was wearing armour so the bullets just bounced off him. Martin says he will distract the man but Roger tells him no because Lorna, Martin's girlfriend, is pregnant and he doesn't want anything to happen to Martin.

This is when Martin tells Roger that Rianne, his daughter, is also pregnant. Roger didn't even know his daughter had a boyfriend. Trish is Roger's wife and Stephanie is the psychologist.

This scene just gets funnier. Roger does strip down and flaps his arms making chicken noises. As the man with the flame thrower turns to look at Roger, Martin shoots the valve on the napalm tanks on the man's back. This causes the man to be propelled into a gas tanker and causes a huge explosion.

After the explosion dies down Roger asks Martin if it was a help him stripping down and being a chicken. Martin says "No, I just wanted to see if you'd do it".

Although this was not his film debut "Raging Bull" (1980) is the one he first got him noticed. After a few misfires he got a reasonable success with "Once Upon a Time in America" (1984). The following year, Pesci's career got back on track with "Lethal Weapon 2" (1989), in which he provided scene-stealing comic relief as a fast-talking gregarious accountant on the run after embezzling from the mob. Pesci enhanced his fame and won a Supporting Actor Oscar with an explosively violent yet often humorous portrayal of a mobster in Scorsese's "GoodFellas" (1990). Later that year, he successfully moved to slapstick comedy to play a bungling burglar victimized by a resourceful Macaulay Culkin in the surprise blockbuster, "Home Alone".

His notable credits include a controversial character turn in Oliver Stone's "JFK" (1991).

The starring role of an amateurish lawyer who learns on the job in the popular comedy "My Cousin Vinny" (1992) and reprising his characters in two profitable sequels, "Lethal Weapon 3" and "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York" (both 1992).

He also starred as a crime photographer in the 40s period movie "The Public Eye" (1992). Also as an unemployed actor turned crime-fighting activist in failed social satire "Jimmy Hollywood" (1994) and as a wily yet good-hearted homeless man who teaches some life lessons to a group of Harvard undergrads in "With Honors" (also 1994). He reteamed with De Niro and Scorsese for "Casino" (1995).

Roger doesn't have much luck with his property. His house got wrecked, twice if you count the bathroom, and also he wrecked Trish's car. The name of the boat can be seen for quite a while when Roger, Martin and Leo are fishing. He also mentions the name of the boat when standing on the shore.

It turns out that illegal immigrants are paying up to $35,000 to be brought to the U.S. only to be sold in to slavery when they arrive.
When Roger goes to one of the ship's lifeboats he finds a Chinese family hiding in it. Instead of handing them in to the proper authorities Roger takes them to his home.

Answer: Chris Rock

Chris Rock, the star of movies such as "Down To Earth" and "Bad Company", plays Lee Butters. Unbeknown to Roger Lee has married his daughter Rianne. Roger has always said he did not want Rianne to marry a cop. Lee tries to impress Roger at every available moment. Roger thinks that Lee fancies him.

Jet Li has starred in such hits as "Shaolin Temple", "Once Upon a Time in China", "Fist of Legend". He is considered one of the biggest stars in Hong Kong today, and definitely one of the top action stars in Hollywood. He began his Hollywood career with the hit movie "Lethal Weapon 4", playing for the first time in his career, the role of a villain.

He has won the praises of critics and thousands of fans with the movie, immediately winning him movie offers from different producers. He starred in subsequent movies such as "Romeo Must Die", "Cradle 2 The Grave", "The One" and one of my favourites "Kiss Of The Dragon".

Martin remarks that the room is a dog fest and that she has gone the whole "101 Dalmatians". Also in this scene Martin finds out that Rianne is married to Lee and that Roger does not know. Which leads to Martin having a lot of fun at Roger's expense.

As Roger walks into the police station he sees this photo. Martin rips it off and asks everyone to pack it in but as soon as Roger walks off Martin puts the photo back on the wall.

They were already Sergeants so being promoted to Captain meant that Martin and Roger could be kept off the streets which is what their Captain has to do for insurance reasons.

Benny Chan was known to be a big crime boss in China Town.

The Captain gets away from Martin but is then killed by Wah Sing Ku. When he found out it was Wednesday he told Martin and Roger that today's special was chicken, sweet and sour pork with barbecued spare ribs and special fried rice.

The Chinese Triads are looking for Hong and his family. The reason is that his uncle is a very good artist and he is designing counterfeit money for the Triads.

Answer: No

Martin feigns a shoulder injury because he was getting soundly beaten by his opponent. He realises that time is catching up with him and that he's getting too old. He does dislocate his shoulder later in the movie when fighting Jet Li.

Answer: From an Aunt who died

This was untrue. The real reason is that Trish is writing saucy novels under the psuedonym of Ebony Clarke. Lorna is seen reading one of these novels earler in the movie.

Answer: Ping

Now for the plot of the film. Years ago there were four men who ran the Triads (Chinese Mafia). They had been captured and were missing. They were being held by the Chinese military. One of these men was the brother of Wah Sing Ku. Wah Sing Ku discovered where they were and that a corrupt Chinese official wanted a lot of money for their release. Wah Sing Ku's plan was to pay for their release with counterfeit money. So in order to get Hong's uncle to make the counterfeit money he had to arrange for Hong and his family to be brought over from China.

The family were tracked down to Roger's house because Hong left a message on his uncle's answer machine.

Answer: Table

Martin and the Chinese man are fighting in the back of the vehicle. The plastic sheeting comes undone and they both fall out onto the highway. Martin lands on to a table and is able to grab hold of the sheeting and is being pulled along like a skier. The Chinese man gets run down by a bus.

Answer: If you can read this you're too close

Oversize Load was actually on the back of the mobile home transit. Martin manages to climb back into the car being driven by Roger. After crashing through an office block they chase the other driver to an intersection. The other driver doesn't stop and is hit by a truck coming in the other direction. Ouch!

Answer: Laughing Gas

In a really funny scene they give Uncle Benny laughing gas. Martin, Roger and Lee also have the laughing gas. Uncle Benny tells them about 'The Four Fathers' but they think he says forefathers and ask why he is on about his ancestors. Also this scene is where Roger learns that Lee is his son-in-law.

They were called 'The Four Fathers'. When questioning Uncle Benny he mentioned this but Roger and Martin thought it was The Forefathers. Once the confusion is sorted out they find out where the deal is taking place and Martin and Roger go down there and stir things up in their own inimitable manner.

Roger was actually aiming for Wah Sing Ku but he dodged the bullet and it hit his brother. Before Roger fired he did his trademark neck stretch. This is something that he has done in all four movies. If you don't believe me check it out. In "Lethal Weapon" he did it when he shot at General Peter McCallister when he tried to escape in his car.

In "Lethal Weapon 2" he did it just before he shot Argen Rudd on the boat. In "Lethal Weapon 3" He did it while he was in the police firing range.

After a great fight scene in which Martin and Roger both get their butts kicked Martin kills Wah Sing Ku in the water with a machine gun. As Martin tries to get out he is pinned down by some loose concrete. Roger has to save him.

Answer: Trish, who had become a novellist

Roger tells Martin the truth during the shoot out near the end of the movie. Roger's wife, Trish, was writing cheesy sex novels under the name of Ebony Clarke. Roger found it too embarrassing to tell anyone.

He tells Martin that Froggy was his best friend and that they went everywhere together. One day while out bike riding Froggy jumped from the bike and Leo ran over him.

Although she is in deep labour she wants to get married immediately. They send Leo to find a priest and all he did find was a Rabbi. Even though he performed a service they were not legally married.
