Walker, alone, landed in front of a truck on one excursion back in time. He met his wife at the mall. Sarah and walker WENT to the warehouse after splashing down in a pool in DC.

Remember: First, Walker and his new partner Sarah went back to stop McComb from all his illegal activities. But Sarah then revealed that she was actually on McCombs side. McComb shot the man he was doing business with, then shot Sarah and escaped. The police showed up, and Walker had to transport out of there.

After explaining what happened to Matuzak when he returned, they decided to send him back to find the wounded but not dead Sarah, and get her to testify against McComb.
