The safari comes in contact with a group of natives who want some kind of payment for allowing the team to cross their land. When the natives are refused their tribute, they capture the men in the safari and decide to kill them in different ways.

The guide, played by Cornel Wilde, is stripped naked and is allowed to have a head start and then is chased through the jungle by a small band of the natives who attempt to track and kill him.
