Answer: Viola Davis

Davis, born on August 11th, 1965 in Saint Matthews, South Carolina, starred as Aibileen Clark in "The Help". Aibileen reluctantly decided to provide her story to Skeeter and mentioned what life was like as a maid. She spoke about looking after Mae Mobley for so many years and it turned out that Mae would be the last child she would look after as a maid. Aibileen told Skeeter that she was born in 1911 and her mother was a maid.

In one scene, Aibileen told her friend not to fight back after her friend was arrested for theft. Davis starred in the films "Doubt", "Fences" and "Suicide Squad".

In 2012, Davis was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role as Aibileen Clark in "The Help" but lost to Meryl Streep of "The Iron Lady".

Spencer, born in 1972 in Montgomery, Alabama, won the role of Minny Jackson. Minny was a feisty maid who upset Hilly so Hilly ended up terminating her as maid of her household. Afterwards, Minny got a job being a maid for Celia Foote. Minny decided to give her perspective on being a maid and spoke to Skeeter about a prank that she pulled on Hilly. One day, Minny asked for her job back with Hilly and Hilly said she would rehire her but would have to cut her pay.

When Minny asked for her old job, she provided Hilly with a pie that she baked but it had a foul ingredient in it. Hilly ate two slices of the pie and gagged after she realized what she consumed. Spencer had parts in the movies "Coach Carter", "S.W.A.T." and "Fruitvale Station".

In 2012, Spencer won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Minny Jackson in "The Help".

Skeeter had just graduated from the University of Mississippi and returned to her hometown of Jackson to pursue a career in writing. At a job interview, she showed a rejection letter from Miss Stein and the letter said that, while Miss Stein thought Skeeter had potential, she wanted her to get some experience before applying to work for her. Skeeter came up with the idea of telling a story about what the maids in Jackson endured on a daily basis.

At first, very few maids spoke to her but she eventually managed to get multiple interviews. Her story on the maids got published and it was a bestseller. Stone had roles in the films "Easy A", "The Amazing Spider-Man" and "Superbad".

In 2017, she won the Best Actress Academy Award for her role in the movie "La La Land". Other nominees for Best Actress that year were Isabelle Huppert for "Elle", Ruth Negga for "Loving", Natalie Portman for "Jackie" and Meryl Streep for "Florence Foster Jenkins".

Howard, born in 1981 in Los Angeles, California, played Hilly Holbrook. Hilly was a full-fledged racist and wanted to get an ordinance passed that would prohibit people of color from using a restroom owned by a White person. Hilly was impatient with Skeeter because Skeeter kept delaying publishing information about the ordinance in the local newspaper.

At the benefit to help starving children in Africa, Hilly got into a verbal sparring match with Celia. At the end of the movie, Hilly confronted Skeeter after Hilly read a passage in a book that resembled an embarrassing incident for Hilly and threatened to sue Skeeter for defamation. Howard starred in the movies "The Village", "Lady in the Water" and "Jurassic World".

She is the daughter of famed director Ron Howard.

Chastain, born on March 24th, 1977 in Sacramento, California, played Celia Foote in "The Help". Celia was a ditsy woman who was looked down upon by many people in Jackson but Celia still had an upbeat spirit. She hired Minny to work in her home as a maid and one day Minny showed her how to make fried chicken. Minny mentioned to Celia during this presentation that Crisco was an excellent invention as it could be used to make many foods.

In one scene, Celia cried after she miscarried her baby. Chastain had parts in the films "The Tree of Life", "Crimson Peak" and "Interstellar".

In 2013, Chastain was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for "Zero Dark Thirty" but lost to Jennifer Lawrence of "Silver Linings Playbook". Steenburgen, born in 1953 in Newport, Arkansas, landed the part of Miss Stein. Miss Stein enjoyed the few entries that Skeeter sent her but was shocked that Skeeter only had a minimal amount at some point.

She told her to get more maids to offer their views before the civil rights movement fizzled. In the end, Miss Stein got Skeeter's book published. Steenburgen had parts in the films "Back to the Future Part III", "Philadelphia" and "Step Brothers".
