"Midnight Run" also featured Dennis Farina, Yaphet Kotto and John Ashton. It spawned three television sequel movies, which starred Christopher McDonald as Jack Walsh.

They overcome their mutual hatred to gain respect for each other as they try to survive.

"The Defiant Ones" was remade as a TV Movie in the 1980s, starring Robert Urich and Carl Weathers.
