1. Michael Jackson sang: "It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark." What song is that taken from?

Answer: Thriller

Thriller is probably Michael Jackson's best known hit and one of his best selling singles. It's also known for its elaborate video which was phenomenal at the time.
2. The Eurythmics sang: "No-one on earth can feel like this, I'm thrown and overblown with bliss." What song is that taken from?

Answer: There Must Be An Angel

Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart formed the Eurythmics in 1981 and scored a number of hits both sides of the Atlantic for over a decade. Annie was reknowned for her haircuts as well as her melodic voice.

Answer: The Sun Always Shines on TV

A-Ha originated from Norway although they'd been making music in London for years before they hit the charts. They had a brief stint at the top of the charts, mainly thanks to the video for "Take On Me".

Answer: Private Dancer

Tina Turner was one half of "Ike and Tina" during the 1960's and after her divorce, struck out on her own during the 1980's to critical acclaim. As a solo artist, she garnered more success and awards than in her earlier singing career and has never looked back.
