5. Perhaps one of Elton's most well known albums is "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" which was released in 1973. Which song is not on "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road"?

Answer: Daniel

"Daniel" is on the album "Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player". When I saw Elton John in Las Vegas in March he told the audience that when "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" was released his manager and producer wanted to release "Bennie and the Jets" as a single, Elton completely disagreed saying "Bennie and the Jets" would never be sucessful, however he allowed them to release it anyway and it has become one of his most well known songs.

He explained to us(in a colorful way)that he was not at all happy to be proved wrong.
6. Elton's album that was released in 2001 containing the songs "Dark Diamond" and "I Want Love" is entitled?

Answer: Songs From the West Coast

Answer: The Who's "Tommy"

The Who's "Tommy" was released in 1976. It started Roger Daltry as the deaf, dumb and blind kid; Elton John as the Pinball Champ; and Tina Turner as the Acid Queen. Strange, strange movie yet nothing short of a legendary Rock Opera.

Answer: Too Low for Zero

The song "Crystal" is special to me since my name is Crystal and it was also released the same year I was born, 1983. The album also includes the songs "I Guess That's Why They Call it the Blues" and "I'm Still Standing".
9. What album cover features a marquee with the album name and "starring Elton John" below it?

Answer: Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player

Recorded in France and released in 1973, "Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player" includes the songs "Daniel" and "Crocodile Rock". "The Stranger" is an awesome Billy Joel album containing songs such as "Movin' Out" and "Scenes From an Italian Restruant"
10. And a simple one to finish...what soundtrack contains the songs "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" and "Circle of Life"?

Answer: The Lion King

"The Lion King" was released in 1994. Elton John collaborated with Tim Rice on the "Lion King" soundtrack. He also worked with Tim Rice on the "Road to El Dorado" sountrack and the Broadway production "Aida". Thank you for taking my quiz and if you find any discrepancies please let me know!
