28 Days is an Australian band and the song is off the album of the same name 'Stealing Chairs'.

'Counterfeit' is off their first album '3 dollar bill ya'll' and 'Nookie' from their second album 'Significant Other' they are of course more known for their later songs 'Rollin' (The theme song for the wrestler 'The Undertaker' and 'My Way'.
