The original guitarist for Fleetwood Mac and a one time member of John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Green was institutionalized on a couple of occasions, including the accountant incident in 1977.
2. Which guitarist's first album was released with the band Lock Up?

Answer: Tom Morello

Lock Up released only one album, in 1989. Morello played on the album before his time with Rage Against The Machine and Audioslave. He also plays folk music under the name "The Nightwatchman".
3. Which guitarist is referenced in the Tragically Hip song "At The Hundredth Meridian"?

Answer: Ry Cooder

A three time Grammy award winning guitarist known for his slide guitar work, Cooder was mentioned in the song when the lead singer asks him to sing his eulogy.
4. In 1993, which guitarist filled in for Dickey Betts at an Allman Brothers concert?

Answer: Zakk Wylde

Zakk Wylde is famous for being Ozzy Osbourne's lead guitarist as well as lead singer/guitarist for Black Label Society. He filled in for Betts with the Allman Brothers when Betts was unable to make it.
