The back of the album is where it is shown. It also says it in the liner notes inside the album. It clearly states "Not very produced by Metallica".

The album was released in 1987 on Elektra records. The cassette had the words "Specially priced ep" writen on the side of it. There was also a sticker that told people "Do not pay more" on the album. The compact disc version was called "The $9.98 CD Garage Days Re-Revisited".

"Am I Evil?" was a B-side for the "Creeping Death" single. "Am I Evil?" was also featured on the re-issued 1988 version of "Kill 'Em All".

Iron Maiden did a song called "Space Station No. 5" on a B-side cover of a Montrose song. This was to acknowledge the fact that they knew what Metallica had done.

The album was taken off the shelves in early 1993. The band stated that "It served it's purpose".

Inside the album there is a letter written from the group. It talks about the purpose of the album. The letter says they all sound proofed the garage "except for K---". That clearly means Kirk Hammett.
10. What color was the Metallica logo on the album cover?

Answer: Blue

The logo was hand drawn. Not the typical block letter logo Metallica normally puts on their releases. We've also seen this hand drawn Metallica logo on their home video titled "The $19.98 Vid Cliff 'Em All". That was also released in 1987.
