Headlining the Glastonbury Festival is considered to be the highlight of Muse's career. However the day ended in sadness when Domonic Howard's father, who was at the festival, later died of a heart attack.

The Matthew Bellamy quotes came from a Herald Sun interview "Good Muse Week" from the 13th of July 2006.
I also got information from Wikipedia.com, muse.mu and the lyric booklets of Muse's album.
