Once Benny Hill's "Ernie - The Fastest Milkman in the West" gets into your head, you are doomed. Two Ton Ted from Teddington killed Ernie in a bun fight. Trigger was Ernie's horse and the others are just made up.

2. Sylvia's mother told Dr Hook's caller that Sylvia is going to.... where?

Answer: Galveston

So "Sylvia's Mother" said AND he had to pay 40 cents more for the privilege of hearing that terrible news. Some fellow down Galveston way had stolen her heart.

"Fiddler's Green" is a sad, romantic ballad of the sea. I hope, as an old sailor, that I'll end up in Fiddler's Green. There are many versions of the song and my personal favourite is performed by the "Yetties" - anybody heard of them?
