Jimi Hendrix, Mitch Mitchell, and Noel Redding. In some songs you can hear Mitch and Jimi in a musical battle on the album "Are You Experienced".
2. Where was Jimi Hendrix when he played "Machine Gun" with the Band of Gypsys on New Year's Day 1970?

Answer: Fillmore East

Recorded January 1, 1970. Band of Gypsys reached number five in the US and UK and became one of the artist's best-selling albums. Hendrix played with Buddy Miles on drums, Billy Cox on bass, and himself on guitar and vocals.
3. Which band did Keith Moon play for?

Answer: The Who

The drummer for The Who. He was also the one who gave Led Zeppelin it's name after he suggested Jimmy Page's band would "sink like a lead zeppelin".

I found out about this in the November edition of "Guitar One". By listening to the song, you would never know that he uses anything out of the ordinary. If you got ths right you're a true fan.

"Texas Flood" was released June 13, 1983. "Mary Had a Little Lamb" is the seventh track on "Texas Flood". This guitar tab was featured in a November 2006 edition of "Guitar One". Before then, I had never heard it. I played it and it's not half bad.

Answer: 60

The Beatles were one of the most, if not the most, influential band in history. They hold world records for most of the rock category.
7. Who originally wrote "All Along the Watchtower"?

Answer: Bob Dylan

Hendrix heard the track after being taken to a party by Traffic's Dave Mason. Bob Dylan wrote it, but after Jimi covered it, he liked his version so much he decided to revise his own.
8. In the ACDC song "Hells Bells" whose idea was it to put the bell in the intro of the song?

Answer: Malcom Young

Yes, it was Malcom. He may be one of the most under-rated gutarists on the planet. Bon Scott was dead well before "Hells Bells" was written. This is when Brian Johnson joined ACDC on the first album he sang on, "Back In Black"

If you read the jacket for "Blow Up Your Video", it says this about the song "Heatseeker". Some of you may not know this since this was not one of their hit albums.

Answer: Violin Bow

Jimmy uses this tool whenever he plays the song. He plays it right before the main solo you can hear the violin bow. At one of Zeppelin's concerts, his strings start to fray from it.
