The show took place in the Germain Amphitheater in Columbus, Ohio. Aerosmith started the show with "Toys in the Attic" followed by "Mama Kin". "Dude (Looks like a Lady)" and "Cryin'" were third and fourth on the setlist.

The band was formed in 1980 but Vince Neil joined in 1981 as the lead vocalist and often played the guitar. He released several solo albums, returning with the band in 1997 when they released the album "Generation Swine".

Nikki Sixx is the co-founder and the bassist of the band. He has played in several other bands besides Mötley Crüe. He is also a fashion designer.
