The band was formed in early 1974. There were originally three members.
2. What 1979 musical comedy about super fan Riff Randall featured The Ramones?

Answer: Rock & Roll High School

This movie is a very cheesy but fun movie. Riff is a high school student trying to get to meet Joey Ramone so she can give him a song she wrote. In the end, The Ramones and the students blow up the school.
3. Which Ramones' song did The Offspring cover in the 1999 movie "Idle Hands"?

Answer: I Wanna Be Sedated

This is played during the dance where Devon Sawa's character is trying to stop his evil hand. They also recorded this song for the album "We're a Happy Family: A Tribute to The Ramones" released in 2003, which Johnny Ramone helped produce.
