Yep, it's Alice Cooper, born Vincent Furnier, in Detroit, Michigan. He legalized his name to Alice Cooper in 1974. The song is "Under My Wheels".

"Ziggy Stardust" was a futuristic rock star which became an alter-ego for David Bowie in the early 70's. When the album "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders from Mars" was released in 1972, it got him his biggest fan base of all.
