In 1959, Wells was crowned Miss Nevada and competed in the Miss America pageant representing that state. She moved on from there to various minor roles in tv shows and movies. Her breakout role as Mary Ann on "Gilligan's Island" came in 1964. She remained with the show for its entire run. She passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 82 because of causes related to COVID-19.

He won the 2021 Emmy Award in this category posthumously in 2021. Besides the Emmys, he received a number of honours over his life including two honorary doctorates, a star on Canada's Walk of Fame, a gold medal from the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Daytime Emmy Awards, an induction as an Officer of the Order of Canada, an Americanism Award from the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television's Icon Award.

He passed away in November 2020 as a result of pancreatic cancer.

She was the second woman, and the first Jewish woman to serve on the Supreme Court. During her tenure, she was involved in many key decisions around gender discrimination, abortion rights, search and seizure, voting rights, and decisions around Native American law.

When wearing her black judicial robes, she typically wore a white lace jabot. Bader Ginsburg passed away from complications of pancreatic cancer on September 18, 2020, at age 87.

Don Larsen played with seven different teams over the course of his fifteen years in the big leagues. In 1956, he pitched the sixth perfect game in MLB history. It was in Game Five of the World Series Championship, so was actually the only no-hitter and perfect game in World Series history up to the end of the 20th century.

In recognition of his outstanding game, Larsen won the World Series Most Valuable Player Award and Babe Ruth Award in 1956. He died on January 1, 2020 at the age of 90 due to esophageal cancer.
