1. Genesis: The sons of Isaac were Jacob and Esau. The tribes of Israel are the descendants of Jacob, but what were the descendants of Esau called?

Answer: Edomites

Chapter 36 verse 43 says, "This is Esau the father of the Edomites." The name Esau means hairy, Esau was also called Edom which means red. The sons of Esau were: Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Jalam and Korah. Genesis is the first book of the Bible.
2. Exodus: True or False: Moses killed a Philistine.

Answer: False

Moses killed an Egyptian, not a Philistine. This can be found in chapter 2 verses 11-12. Exodus is the second book of the Bible.
3. Leviticus: What is chapter 4 about?

Answer: Sin offering

The sin offering is in chapter 4, the burnt offering is in chapter 1, the grain offering is in chapter 2 and the fellowship offering is in chapter 3.
Leviticus is the third book of the Bible.

This can be found in Ruth 4:21, Matthew 1:5 and Luke 3:31. Boaz is the husband of Ruth, the great-grandmother of David. Ruth is the eighth book of the Bible and was written by Samuel.
9. I Samuel: Who is Samuel's father?

Answer: Elkanah

Samuel, the son of Elkanah, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph.
Elkanah had two wives, Peninnah and Hannah; Peninnah had children for him but Hannah was barren so she couldn't have children. One day Hannah went to the temple and made God the promise that if he would give her a child she would give the child back to God. God gave her a boy and she named him Samuel.
This can be found in Chapter 1 verses 1-2.
10. II Samuel: Jonathan had a son that was crippled. What was his name?

Answer: Mephibosheth

After the death of Jonathan, King David took care of Mephibosheth. This can be found in chapter 9 verses 1-11.
