Answer: Isaiah

This is from Isaiah 6:1. Isaiah was an Old Testament prophet who prophesied for almost 60 years. He starts of by describing a vision he had of God and His holiness.

Answer: Paul

This is Timothy 4:12. Paul wrote this letter to Timothy, whom he considered his son in the faith. Timothy was young and there were apparently some people who had problems accepting his authority as a minister of the gospel. Timothy never actually penned a book of the Bible.

This quote comes from John 3:4, though the entire account is in John 3:1-8. Nicodemus, a religious leader, came to ask Jesus how to get into heaven. Jesus' answer, that you must be born again, confused him so he asked this question of Him. Jesus' answer was that you must be born of the flesh and then born again in your spirit.

This comes from Luke 23:42. When Jesus is crucified, He is put between two "malefactors"; or criminals. One of the these mocks Him, but one repents and Jesus tells Him, "Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with me in paradise." (Verse 43)

This comes from Genesis 4:9, after Cain has killed his brother, Abel, proving that he definitely didn't think he was his brother's keeper!
